Electric Picnic organisers have said they are “blown away” after tickets for next year’s event sold-out within minutes.

Tickets for the popular Co Laois festival went on sale at 9am this morning via loyalty scheme and general sale – and were snapped up quickly by eager fans.

Taking to social media, the official Electric Picnic account said it’s looking forward to welcoming gig-goers to the highly anticipated event in 2026.

The post read: “WOW! We’re blown away! Just like that, Electric Picnic 2026 is COMPLETELY sold out! If you managed to secure a golden ticket, we’ll see you in Stradbally next year! We can’t wait to do it with you all again!”
