A pair of young Hawks have been added to the team to face GWS in this Saturday’s Elimination Final.

Josh Weddle and Sam Butler have been added to Hawthorn’s line-up for Saturday’s Elimination Final against GWS at ENGIE Stadium.

Weddle makes his return to AFL level for the first time since Round 16, after the 21-year-old proved his fitness following a back injury.

While Butler, who also coincidently played his last AFL game in Round 16 earlier this year, has earned a recall to the senior side following several strong weeks of form for Box Hill in the VFL.

Making way for the pair is Mitch Lewis and Luke Breust, who have both been omitted.

In terms of milestones, Jai Newcombe has been selected to suit up for his 100th AFL game, while Jack Gunston is set for his 250th game for Hawthorn.
