Secondary teacher Enoch Burke has been fined an additional €225,000 by the High Court over his repeated defiance of orders restraining him from going to the school which sacked him almost three years ago.
The penalty comes on top of fines totalling €79,100 previously levied by the court on the transgender row schoolteacher.
