Carole Coleman is moving on from RTÉ. After decades as one of the most recognisable and respected journalists in the country, the broadcaster is now taking up a post teaching journalism at the University of Galway.

“I’ve been running this racket, as I call it, now for about 12 years,” Coleman says of the period since 2014, when she moved back from the US, where she had served as RTÉ’s Washington correspondent.
