The case of the missing boy in Dublin who is feared dead could “shake the very foundation” and future of Tusla, Labour TD Duncan Smith has said.
Mr Smith, who is a TD for the area in which searches are ongoing, described the case a “an absolute tragedy” but added that the child and family agency, Tusla has serious questions to answer.
