Mounties on Vancouver Island are asking the public to help keep an eye out for a missing woman from Calgary.
The Comox Valley RCMP are searching for 35-year-old Lindsay Moore who was last seen in Comox on Aug. 28.
On Thursday, Mounties said it is unusual for Moore to be out of contact with her family for this length of time, and “this has caused concern.”
Moore is from Calgary but has also lived in Victoria, according to RCMP.
Moore was last seen wearing a white, short-sleeve shirt and black tights. She also has tattoos on both arms and her left chest.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Comox Valley RCMP at 250-338-1321 or contact Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477 or online.
