The Storm are set to be without Nelson Asofa-Solomona for the majority of the upcoming finals series after the match review committee came down hard on the Melbourne front rower.
Asofa-Solomona was placed on report and sin-binned for a shoulder charge on Ben Talty in the 30-14 loss to Brisbane.

Asofa-Solomona has a history of suspensions and was rubbed out of last year’s grand final after copping a ban in the prelim.
Now he is again at risk of missing the decider after being hit with a three-game suspension, even with the early guilty plea.
Should he take it, Asofa-Solomona would only be eligible to play in the grand final if the Storm lost their qualifying final and then won their next two games.
If Asofa-Solomona fights the charge and is unsuccessful he is looking at a four-week ban.
“Nelson coming in after starting off the bench and gets 10 minutes,” Alexander said.
HUGE blow as Hughes suffers broken wrist | 00:39
“Nelson is such a concern. If I was Craig Bellamy I’m thinking, well is Nelson worth having out there?
“Because if he doesn’t bend his back, the height that he is he can make contact with the head without even trying.”
The Storm are set to be without Jahrome Hughes with a broken wrist for their first final against the Bulldogs, so losing Asofa-Solomona to a suspension would be a huge double blow.
Asked about the incident post-match Bellamy appeared frustrated but was brief in his response.
“I’m not quite sure what’s going to happen with it but it’s disappointing. It’s disappointing,” he said.
