A man is in hospital with life threatening injuries after a stabbing in the Landsdowne and Dupont area. Courtney Heels reports.

A man is in hospital with serious injuries after a stabbing in Toronto’s west end.

It happened near Lansdowne Avenue and Dupont Street at around 12:30 a.m.

Police said a man in his 40s was found in the lobby of an apartment building in the area suffering from multiple stab wounds.

He was transported to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening, injuries.

Police remain at the scene and have not released any information on possible suspects.
