A young man about 24 years old was lightly injured after apparently being attacked with an iron rod during a confrontation between Israeli Arabs and Jews near Esper in the Judean Hills. MDA paramedics are treating him at the scene. The attacker has been arrested. A security source said that after the evacuation of a small outpost, dozens of young Jews attacked contractor workers, Israeli Arabs, who carried out the evacuation on behalf of the Civil Administration. According to one of the youths at the scene, one of the Civil Administration workers attacked the young man with a sharp object causing his injury. A fire and rescue vehicle arrived at the scene.
