Elliot Anderson has been deservedly catching the eye of England fans after his impressive debut for the national team.
The English press rated Anderson highly, and his teammates issued positive verdicts on the midfielder following the game against Andorra.
Reece James said Anderson is a phenomenal player, and Arsenal’s Noni Madueke delivered his verdict on Anderson as well.
The excellent performances from the Nottingham Forest midfielder are now being noticed, and Henry Winter thinks the player is worth a lot of money now.

Nottingham Forest spent £35 million on signing Elliot Anderson from Newcastle United in the summer of 2024, and that is looking to be a bargain now.
Well, in the mind of Henry Winter, that might just be the case.
Speaking on TalkSPORT, Winter was discussing the England game, and when it came to Anderson he said, ‘I thought he was outstanding, no surprise. He can play as a six, he was splitting the centre halves, he was taking the ball and his passing was good.’
Winter then went on to say, ‘[Newcastle] got what £35 million for him, what is he worth now, £70 million plus?’
It was high praise for the Forest midfielder as Winter believes he is worth twice what the club paid. However, mentions of price tags won’t be of concern to Nuno Espirito Santo.
Elliot Anderson is priceless right now for Nuno Espirito Santo
Elliot Anderson is becoming such a crucial player for Nottingham Forest that in all likelihood, Espirito Santo sees him as priceless.
Anderson is ranking above every other Premier League player in certain key stats, and coming across another player like that in the market would be extremely difficult.

The midfielder is only going to get better, based on the rate at which he is improving.
The hope is that the England international can help carry the team towards even more success this season.
Whether that is winning a trophy, or ensuring this year isn’t a one-off when it comes to Nottingham Forest in Europe.
