The Brooklyn Horror Film Festival has announced the full line-up for its 10th edition, which will run from Oct. 16 to Oct. 25 at Nitehawk Cinema Williamsburg. The festivities will kick-off with the hometown-set “Queens of the Dead,” a zombie apocalypse horror comedy from director Tina Romero about a group of drag queens and club kids surviving the night in Brooklyn. The cast includes Jaquel Spivey, Katy O’Brian, Margaret Cho, Jack Haven and Cheyenne Jackson.

This year’s BHFF will also host two world premieres, with Adam MacDonald’s queer apocalypse feature “This Is Not a Test,” adapted from Courtney Summers’ novel of the same name, and the Canadian cartel thriller “Violence,” starring “Halloween Ends” breakout Rohan Campbell.

Additionally, the programming includes a special screening of “Tales From the Crypt Presents: Demon Knight,” the 1995 black horror comedy directed by Ernest Dickerson. Dickerson, who began his career as a cinematographer for George A. Romero and Spike Lee before accruing his own directorial credits with titles like “Juice,” “Bones” and “Never Die Alone,” will be presented with the fest’s Leviathan Award by Arrow Video at the event.

Other highlights include the North American premiere of Johanna Moder’s maternal horror film “Mother’s Baby.” Avalon Fast’s chiller “Camp” will be the fest’s centerpiece, while Aleksandar Radivojevic’s hyper-violent “Karamadonna” is the closing night selection.

Festival badges are now on sale, while individual tickets will become available on Friday at 12 pm EST.

BHFF also unveiled the official poster artwork for its 10th edition. See the full features lineup below. The fest’s selection of short films and panels can be found on its official website.
