An off-duty Hamilton police officer has been charged following a two-vehicle collision in Hagersville, Ont., on Tuesday night.
The collision happened at 11 p.m. Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said a driver struck a parked vehicle.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the collision is unknown.
OPP charged 37-year-old Kyla Jobb with failure or refusal to comply with a breath demand.
Hamilton police said she was released and reassigned to administrative duties.
Jobb is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 7.
