A tenant renting an apartment in Dublin city centre has been ordered to vacate the property and pay nearly €70,000 in arrears.
The matter came before Dublin District Court after the landlord, Damien Murphy, sought enforcement of a determination order issued by the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) earlier this year.
