Brentford has issued an update on Vitaly Janelt, Michael Kayode, Paris Maghoma and Gustavo Nunes ahead of Saturday’s Premier League game against Chelsea. Midfielder Vitaly Janelt, who hasn’t featured since April due to an issue in his heel, is available for selection having played 45 minutes for Brentford B on Tuesday.
Michael Kayode suffered illness while on international duty with Italy Under-21s but has fully recovered and is available for selection.
Paris Maghoma is still building fitness as he recovers from a hamstring injury.
Gustavo Nunes will return to team training next week. The forward will be monitored over the coming weeks having missed a block of pre-season.
