The pair were caught on camera brutally attacking another couple in October 2023 in Magherafelt, Co Derry.
At their sentencing they expressed remorse for their shocking behaviour – but immediately launched an appeal against their sentences and conviction.
The couple then made a complaint to the Police Ombudsman about PSNI handling of the incident, further delaying the final outcome of the case.

This week their appeal was dismissed, which was greeted with relief by the couple they assaulted.
The Bradleys, both 38, have also learned their police complaint was unsuccessful after the investigating body ruled officers had done nothing wrong.
The disgraced couple, both well-known in GAA circles in Derry, were filmed in a late night video nasty outside a takeaway in Magherafelt in October 2023.

Former footballer Niall was filmed launching a volley of punches on Dylan Wilkinson while his award-winning HR boss wife Kerri was caught on camera assaulting Dylan’s fiancée Allanah Mullan and throwing her out onto the road into the path of an oncoming car.
Niall Bradley was convicted of the most serious charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm on Mr Wilkinson, who was left with two black eyes and a nasty head wound. He was further convicted of common assault on Allanah Mullan and also of disorderly behaviour following a contest hearing in June 2024.
In a car-crash court case, Kerri Bradley gave evidence in vain that she and her husband had been the victims, goaded into a fight with the other couple. But she and her husband were shown to be the aggressors.

Niall Bradley in action for Derry
CCTV footage taken from the takeaway was shown several times to the court and a prosecuting barrister was able to show Kerri Bradley’s version of events was pure fantasy.
During their sentencing hearing in August 2024 their barrister said the couple had now accepted the findings of the court. He explained the night of the incident was the couple’s first evening out for three years, and they accepted drink had been taken.
He said the Bradleys had struggled after Niall was involved in a horrific sports injury while playing Gaelic football and he was now registered disabled.
Niall played senior football for Derry a decade ago but his club career at Greenlough GAC was cut short in 2021 after the injury, for which he was taken to hospital in the NI Air Ambulance to save part of his leg.
Kerri Bradley was sentenced to two months in jail while her husband was sentenced to a total of five months behind bars but the judge said “in view of the surrounding factors” he would suspend them for 18 months.
Deputy District Judge Trevor Browne told the pair: “Your counsel has rightly referred to this as a fall from grace.

“Your references are unanimously positive, but I have to say I doubt they would have been so impressive had they seen the video I watched during the contest.
“Your behaviour was absolutely disgraceful. Not only has your public profile been diminished, but you now have significant criminal records,” he added.
Sunday World revealed that the governor of Hydebank Wood Prison, the jail Kerri Bradley would have been sent to, had written her a glowing reference. Following her conviction Kerri lost her job as a senior HR director at a prestigious law firm.

Their subsequent decision to appeal their convictions raised eyebrows not least because their barrister also told Banbridge Magistrates Court at their sentencing hearing that “both defendants accept the findings of the court”.
He told the court, during mitigation aimed at keeping the couple from going to prison, that Niall Bradley “expressed genuine regret and remorse” while Kerri Bradley, “accepts, regardless of her initial motivation she has gone far in excess of what anybody should do in those circumstances”.
Despite their expressions of regret the pair then made a complaint to the Police Ombudsman, which delayed the appeal decision.

Kerri pushed Allanah Mullan onto the road
This week their appeal was dismissed, a decision which was greeted with relief by the victims of the Bradley’s brutal assault.
Alannah Mullan and Dylan Wilkinson told Sunday World: “This case has been a prolonged and challenging experience for us as a couple.
“The CCTV footage presented in court reflected the reality of what happened, and we are grateful that it was acknowledged.

“While the length of the process took a toll, we’re relieved it is now over and we can focus on the future,” they said.
The Police Ombudsman also confirmed that the Bradleys’ complaint has not been upheld.
“We have completed our investigation of two complaints which alleged that police had failed to properly investigate an incident that happened in Magherafelt on 1 October 2023.
“Having reviewed all relevant evidence, we found no grounds for recommending either misconduct proceedings or performance measures in relation to any of the officers involved,” said a spokesman.
