Police are searching for witnesses after a “serious” motorcycle collision in Vaughan last Friday, where two people were seriously injured.
The two-vehicle collision happened on the afternoon of Sept. 12, at around 4 p.m., on Dufferin Street, north of Major Mackenzie Drive.
York Regional Police say a red Honda CBR motorcycle and a black BMW 2 series coupe were heading north on Dufferin when the motorcyclist crashed into the back of the BMW.
Two people were thrown from the motorcycle, police say, and were both seriously injured as a result.
Authorities say the driver of the BMW was uninjured and stayed at the scene.
Investigators are asking witnesses, or anyone with dashcam footage around the time of the collision to speak with them or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
