Young man who died in Tralee crash named locally

The young man who died in a crash outside Tralee on Sunday has been named locally.

24-year-old David Siegel was pronounced dead at the scene following a single vehicle crash on the N69 at Ballingowan.

The incident occurred between 10-10:30am along the Tralee bypass, between the Kielduff roundabout and Ballygarry roundabout.

Gardaí continue to appeal for witnesses to the crash, particularly those with dashcam footage.
