Foreign Minister Gideon Saar spoke with EU Foreign Minister Kaja Kallas, who declared that “one cannot defend the killing in Gaza, all options are on the table.” Saar said that “Hamas is conducting a false campaign, deliberately creating friction between the civilian population, aid distribution centers and the IDF. Hamas is the one shooting civilians and torturing them when they try to collect aid.” According to him, “while Israel has said yes to a deal for the release of hostages and a ceasefire, Hamas is dragging its feet and sabotaging negotiations while continuing to cruelly hold our hostages.”
