A new change has taken effect for Dollarama shoppers in Canada.

Delivery company Skip announced that it has partnered with the retail chain, which is now available on its platform.

“Canadians can shop Dollarama’s wide selection of affordable essentials and unexpected treasures, from everyday goods to seasonal must-haves and pantry staples, all delivered straight to your doorstop,” a news release from Skip said.

“This partnership brings together two iconic Canadian brands with Dollarama’s unbeatable product offering and Skip’s fast, reliable delivery, making everyday convenience more accessible than ever.”

Skip said the partnership has been made “amid growing economic pressures” in Canada and gives shoppers “budget-friendly access to a wide range of must haves.”

More than 1,300 Dollarama locations are now active on Skip where it operates.

Skip began in 2012 as a local start-up in the Prairies and has since expanded to more than 450 cities and towns.

The company said it has over 50,000 restaurant, grocery, convenience and retail partners and plans to add more national retail partnerships in the future.
