Callum Wilson, Niclas Füllkrug and Soungoutou Magassa are vying for starts in West Ham United’s Premier League derby with Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Centre-forwards Wilson and Füllkrug have been in full training this week and are hoping to be in Head Coach Graham Potter’s starting XI at London Stadium, having both been on the substitutes’ bench at home to Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.
French midfielder Magassa, meanwhile, could be in line to replace the suspended Tomáš Souček after making his Hammers debut as a second-half replacement against Spurs.
Alongside Souček, one other player who will not be facing the Eagles is DR Congo international Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who will be sidelined for the second weekend in succession.
“I think Aaron Wan-Bissaka will still be unavailable, it’s just a problem with his stomach,” Potter revealed in his pre-match press conference. “Hopefully he’ll be in light training tomorrow or the weekend, but he won’t be available for the game.
“Apart from that, Callum’s had a full week’s training, so it’s good for him, and so has Nicolas, so we’re pretty much as we were.”
