About 2,000 Bedouins are demonstrating near the government complex in Be’er Sheva in protest of the state’s house demolition policy. Yesterday, officials from the Israel Land Authority (ILA) demolished homes in the village of a-Sar between the settlement of Segev Shalom and Be’er Sheva. “We will not allow Ben Gvir to set the Negev on fire,” speakers at the demonstration said.
