King Charles III may have finally welcomed Prince Harry back into his life with open arms — but the former royal’s brother, Prince William, is another story.

“It sickens William that Harry has wormed his way back to his father’s affections,” a source tells Examiner. “To him it’s just wrong on every level and utterly ridiculous.”

“The fact his brother’s now got this direct line back to the family despite all the pain and misery he’s inflicted — he’s totally bewildered and frustrated that it’s being sanctioned,” the source continues.

According to the source, William, 43 — who shares Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7, with wife Princess Kate — doesn’t believe there is any “evidence” his younger brother, 41, has changed since he and wife Meghan Markle stepped down as senior royals in 2020.

After the couple left the UK and relocated to California — where they now reside with son Archie, 6, and daughter Lilibet, 4 — Harry and Meghan, 44, spilled details about life behind the palace walls in an interview, and the dad of two also shared a revealing look into his struggle being part of The Firm in his 2023 memoir, Spare.

The Prince of Wales is “convinced this groveling effort is part of an overall plot for the Sussexes to hold onto their precious HRH titles and try to salvage what they can from the monarchy whilst his father’s still alive to be manipulated,” the source says.

Those closest to William — including Charles and Kate — are “urging” him to “to show mercy and give peace a chance” to no avail.

“Until Harry shows he’s changed over a long period of time he’s simply not interested,” adds the source. “And nobody even dares get him started on Meghan.”
