Little House on the Prairie star Melissa Gilbert revealed her “entire childhood in one box” as her husband, Timothy Busfield, did a spot-on Mr. Edwards Impression.
On Friday, Sept. 19, Gilbert, 61—who portrayed Laura Ingalls Wilder in the beloved historical drama—took to Instagram with a video of her unboxing a special gift.
“Oh my goodness!! My entire childhood in one box including bonus features!” she captioned the update. “Wow! Thank you @lionsgatetv@lhprairie for this amazing gift. So excited to see and to share that this box set is available for purchase now!! Just in time to make a great holiday gift too!!”
In the video, Gilbert opened a gift bag and showed off the gift set to her husband, who shot the video. She then turned to Busfield and asked, “Hey honey, do you want to watch all of these?”
Busfield, 68, then declared in his best impression of Mr. Isaiah Edwards (Victor French), “Yeah, I’m going to watch it, Half Pint!”
Gilbert added in her caption, “As you can hear in the background my hubby @busfieldtim (doing his Mr Edwards impression) approves!!!”
