Amid the terrifying reality that Taylor Swift‘s stalker is on the lam, she and Travis Kelce just dealt with another major security issue, and it has everything to do with the Blake Lively v Justin Baldoni trial.
In case you missed it, a man was arrested for trespassing onto Kelce’s Leawood, Kansas, gated home, but it wasn’t one of Swift’s stalkers; it was a man named Justin Lee Fisher, a former cop-turned-private eye. Per Star Magazine, he was attempting to serve deposition papers on behalf of Baldoni’s lawyers, despite the judge denying Baldoni’s request for an extension, but Fisher ended up being arrested for trespassing.

Fisher texted the outlet, saying, “I’ll be happy to talk to you about it when it is resolved. [I] wasn’t hurt or anything besides being arrested for doing my job and possibly losing my [private eye] license.”
Page Six later confirmed that Fisher was released after posting bond.
Now, fans know how Swift reportedly feels about being embroiled in the ongoing trial with her ex BFF Lively and Baldoni, but the timing of it all has seemingly shaken up the legendary songstress.

In case you missed it, earlier this week, inside sources alleged that Swift has been taking extreme measures to protect herself, especially since her stalker, Brian Jason Wagner, has seemingly disappeared. Wagner has been reportedly stalking Swift since the summer of 2024, with reports of him breaking into her Los Angeles home multiple times and claiming they share a child together. Per the Guardian, Swift got a TRO for him to stay at least 100 yards away from her, and since then, he’s evaded the proceedings to make it permanent.
She’s tried to get her team to send him legal filings to no avail. He has allegedly evaded numerous phone calls and attempts to locate him in order to send said filings.
Insiders told DailyMail that Swift is very “concerned” about Wagner because of the “depraved lengths he has gone to to invade her privacy.” They added, “Her team has to be hyper vigilant because she has been stalked so many times and recently discovered she has been targeted by [online] groups on social media. She will change promotional plans or scale back if any threats she has received online are deemed to be serious by her security team. It’s horrible.”
