A jury in a Fort Pierce federal courthouse has found Ryan Wesley Routh guilty on all five counts after he attempted to assassinate Donald Trump. Routh, when the verdict was being read, grabbed a pen and stabbed himself in the neck, NBC is reporting. His daughter screamed when it happened. The witness was able to get a picture of the vehicle’s license plate number, which was given to law enforcement.
