U.S. President Donald Trump spent only a few minutes of his 56-minute speech at the UN addressing the situations in Gaza and Ukraine. He largely focused on denying the climate crisis, criticizing the UN (much of which was justified), and, of course, praising his diplomatic achievements, claiming credit for “ending seven wars,” though not the two most consequential conflicts currently tearing the world apart.
