The lunchtime kick-off in the capital presents a chance to build on last weekend’s 2-1 victory over Chelsea, and Diogo Dalot makes a welcome return after getting injured while on international duty with Portugal.
The defender has trained this week and is an option to play at right wing-back, particularly with Amad and Noussair Mazraoui ruled out.
Amad is dealing with a family bereavement, while Mazraoui has picked up a knock.
However, Ruben confirmed in his MUTV interview that Dalot is available again.
“Diogo is returning to the team,” he told Mark Sullivan, before boarding the bus to leave the training ground. “And he is ready.
“We have all the other players so we are in a good moment to go to Brentford.”
