Gardai are continuing to investigate claims of a suspicious approach to a young girl in Letterkenny.
The incident allegedly happened close to the Whitethorn estate in the town around 5pm yesterday afternoon.
Reports suggest that a white car slowed down and the driver invited a young girl into the vehicle.
A Garda spokesperson confirmed “Gardaí received a report of an incident in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal on Tuesday, 22nd of July 2025. Enquiries are ongoing.”
