Colombia’s President Gustavo Petro shrugged off the Trump administration’s decision to revoke his visa after he participated in a pro-Palestine protest on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York this week.

“I no longer have a visa to travel to the US. I don’t care,” Petro said in an X post on Saturday morning. He added that he doesn’t need it anyway because he also claims Italian citizenship and “in reality I consider myself a free person of the world.”
