It took extra time to decide the second Semi-Final in the 2025 Donegal Senior Football Championship.
Naomh Conaill prevailed over Four Masters at the O’Donnell Park in Letterkenny to book a date in the Final with Gaoth Dobhair.
Four Masters had the brighter start to extra time however, pulling out a three-point advantage in a matter of minutes.
A goal from Naomh Conaill’s Kevin McGettigan 7 minutes into the first additional period brought the sides level again and most importantly swung momentum in favour of the Glenties men.
They would carry a one-point lead into the extra time interval and kick on in the second half with three unanswered scored leaving Four Masters with too much work to do.
The final score after extra time was Naomh Conaill 1-19, Four Masters 0-18.
