Two armed militants who approached a position in Gaza City yesterday were eliminated by forces of the 36th Division in the area. This was reported by the IDF spokesperson, who added that simultaneously, the 98th Division eliminated a militant identified as a Hamas cell leader and three additional militants. The IDF also reported that forces from the 162nd Division eliminated militants in direct ground engagement and with air support, and forces from the 99th Division destroyed several buildings and intelligence targets in the area over the past day. In the last 24 hours, the Air Force struck more than 160 terror targets throughout the Gaza Strip, including militants, weapons storage facilities, observation posts and terror infrastructure.
