Martin Odegaard returns to the starting lineup as one of six changes to face Olympiacos at Emirates Stadium on Wednesday.
The skipper is named from the start after his impressive substitute appearance at St James Park at the weekend, having missed the previous three matches with a shoulder complaint.
There are also starts for Ben White and Myles Lewis-Skelly in the full back positions, with William Saliba also returning to partner Gabriel in the centre of defence.
The other two changes from the side that started against Newcastle United see Mikel Merino and Gabriel Martinelli both come in, with Declan Rice, Bukayo Saka and Eberechi Eze among the substitutes.
Viktor Gyokeres continues to lead the line up front and Martin Zubimendi starts again in midfield.
Olympiacos make two changes from the side that beat Levadiakos at the weekend, with Dani Garcia and Gelson Martins both coming in to start.
