The Football Review Committee (FRC) reforms, trialed in this year’s inter-county and club competitions, will be permanently included in the GAA’s Official Guide after receiving overwhelming support at Special Congress.

“We realised that this game of Gaelic football had to have serious surgery,” the GAA president Jarlath Burns said after all 61 motions were passed in just 45 minutes.
