Race 2 – Group 3 Breeders Plate (1000m)

No disguises needed!

Incognito wins the G3 Breeders’ Plate in style, and the future looks bright for the @MFreedmanRacing trained youngster! 💫@TommyBerry21@jmeharron@aus_turf_clubpic.twitter.com/KDl3Rt1Qo8

— SKY Racing (@SkyRacingAU) October 4, 2025

1st – INCOGNITO (Tommy Berry) The first time Michael’s horses are let off the bit are in their first trial and I gave him a gallop on Tuesday morning and I walked in after it and Michael and I just raised our eyebrows like, geez, what was that? He put in a really, really sharp piece of work. We knew he had come on very well since then. He just knuckled a little bit at the start but I reckon that’s probably what won him the race. He came back to me lovely after that, executed himself well. He’s a son of Stay Inside and I really like this stallion, not just because I won a Slipper on him but his horses are so mature and they’re readymade.

2nd – I’M YA HUCKLEBERRY (Adam Hyeronimus) Disappointed not to win. I’m on a very good horse but full credit to the winner, he quickened up well. He beat us fair and square but my horse is very exciting.

3rd – REVENGEANCE (Joshua Parr) He is a lovely horse. Just raced greenly. The last section of the race was really strong from him.

4th – PARADOXIUM (Jason Collett) A touch aggressive early. Held up first part of the straight. When clear he finished it off fine.

5th – WHIP CRACKER (Nash Rawiller) Nice effort. He thrived on a bit of race pressure on the 100m further from the trail. Took nice improvement from that into today. It was encouraging.

6th – ARTANEOUS (Dylan Gibbons) Physically he is a lovely horse but mentally doesn’t know what it is all about. Just needs the penny to drop with him.

7th – EVICTION NOTICE (Tim Clark) He jumped really well. Showed great speed. Just needs to come back a little bit so he can be strong at the back end of his races.

8th – IAMBUBB (Tyler Schiller) His first two strides weren’t quick enough. Got a squeeze and his race was over. I thought he ran on strongly enough. He’ll learn plenty from today.

Race 3 – Group 3 Gimcrack Stakes (1000m)

It’s a total thriller in the G3 Gimcrack Stakes, with Shiki holding on for @GaiWaterhouse1 and @clarkyhk! 💪@aus_turf_club@KBloodstockNSWpic.twitter.com/WyOLsXxpeE

— SKY Racing (@SkyRacingAU) October 4, 2025

1st – SHIKI (Tim Clark) She’s definitely on the improve but like a month ago she had a coat four inches long, so she’s getting there. She’s always been really fast, and it’s just a matter of harnessing that a little bit, and she’s been going really well. Just today, she’s come out just a bit gassy and just had to go with her and work her through a little bit. To her credit, she was really brave that last bit. She’s a really tough filly that they’re going to have a lot of fun with.

2nd – SCREEN ICON (Chad Schofield) Very good. She was extremely well prepared and educated for today. Just from that wide draw, had to cover extra ground than the winner. Was the stronger late.

3rd – MASVINGO (Jason Collett) Very good. Over-raced early and skittled on the turn. Got spat out the back but was impressive late.

4th – OH YES SHE DID (Tyler Schiller) Really nice filly. She is not a 1000m horse. I think she is going to keep improving. Really promising debut.

5th – HOME INVASION (Adam Hyeronimus) I thought she has run well. I think she is definitely a 2yo stakes filly. Will be nice next preparation.

6th – THE WILDLING (Regan Bayliss) She went terrific. Was never really able to get momentum. Should have finished much closer.

7th – BETTER OFF ALONE (Rachel King) Really pleased with her. She was very quick out of the gates. Didn’t really have any options apart from being outside lead. She was tough. Fantastic attitude.

8th – YVONNE’S JOY (Kerrin McEvoy) She has run well. Has improvement to come. Is a nice filly for the future.

9th – GIVE HER STRENGTH (Andrew Adkins) She was great. Began better today which was good to see. Raced well. Just going to need a bit of time. Wait until she fills out. Make a nice three-year-old.

10th – DOUBELLA (Tommy Berry) She is a nice filly. Followed the winner but did too much wrong. Will be better next prep.

11th – HANDLOOM (Ben Thompson) She had the barriers and tempo against her today. Was an acceptable run considering.

Race 4 – Listed Dulcify Stakes (1600m)

Attica runs straight past them in the Listed Dulcify Stakes for a big win! 🚀 @PrideRacing@godolphin@aus_turf_clubpic.twitter.com/viyq0wdLHe

— SKY Racing (@SkyRacingAU) October 4, 2025

1st – ATTICA (Adam Hyeronimus) He’s a lovely horse. It was a very good win, nothing went his way and to win as dominantly as he did, confirms what we thought about him – the future is very bright. He’s learning all the time and every time I sit on him he’s a better racehorse.

2nd – RUINATION (Tommy Berry) He’s a lovely horse. I had to make use of him early and he was left a sitting shot at the top of the straight but he’s got better things in store.

3rd – FLYING ORCHID (Zac Lloyd) He’s a lovely horse that improved well with the blinkers today. I think he can improve again off that run.

4th – FEDERALIST (Tyler Schiller) Good improvement, really good. The extra distance really helped and going to a Spring Champion I’m really happy with the way he rattled to the line.

5th – VILLA CASTINA (Braith Nock (a)) Today was a step up in grade but I thought she acquitted herself really well in a good race against the boys. She’s going to be a lovely staying filly in the autumn when she furnishes more.

6th – WITHOUT PEER (Chad Schofield) He was never comfortable in the run, never travelled and that tells the story as to where he finished.

7th – NEXT JEN (Jason Collett) She was very warm before the start, didn’t handle herself well at all and there was nothing there when I asked for the effort in the straight.

8th – BARBAROSSA (Ethan Brown) The draw didn’t suit, had no luck.

9th – AZARAX (Dylan Gibbons) Not suited by a stop, start affair and didn’t finish off.

10th – COBRA CLUB (Joshua Parr) He was disappointing.

Race 5 – Benchmark 94 Handicap (1600m)

The scent of victory! 💐
Perfumist leads all the way in the Melbourne Storm Mile!@BBakerRacing@Reganbayliss@OTIRacing@aus_turf_clubpic.twitter.com/WumKBxMf4h

— SKY Racing (@SkyRacingAU) October 4, 2025

1st – PERFUMIST (Regan Bayliss) She was terrific, electric today. She got into a lovely rhythm and I was able to keep building the tempo with every furlong and that got the rest of them uncomfortable and then when I wanted her to she really let rip.

2nd – IDLE FLYER (Ben Thompson) Very game in defeat. Credit to the winner, she made play and broke the clock but my mount ran very well too. She managed to beat 16 of them.

3rd – TIME QUEST (Ashley Morgan) It would be nice to get a drop of rain before the Big Dance but he’s as good as I’ve ever felt him.

4th – CHURCHILL’S CHOICE (Alysha Collett) Really good run. She’s back in form.

5th – POLYMNIA (Zac Lloyd) She ran as well as she could. Racing that wide and coming from that far back, you won’t see many better runs than that today. Good for further too.

6th – REAL CLASS (Andrew Adkins) She chased through the line really well. She didn’t do too much work in the run but it was excellent to see her finish off like that.

7th – IMPERIALIST (Tommy Berry) Had to do a bit of work today so it was a good effort. 2000 and a bit softer track next time and he’s hard to beat.

8th – EMIRATE (Rachel King) Ran ok but I would have liked him to fight a bit more the last 50 metres.

9th – FIRM AGREEMENT (Braith Nock (a2)) He was never really comfortable with that tempo. He will improve from the run.

10th – MATUSALEM (Anna Roper (a2)) Really good. Went back from the wide gate and with his big weight, he did a really good job to make up that much ground.

11th – STRAIT ACER (Nash Rawiller) Too strong in the run and was pretty disappointing getting home.

12th – GERIATRIX (Jason Collett) Worked home ok from a long way back. He just needs a race run at a bit softer tempo with a barrier and he’s in play.

13th – GLAD YOU THINK SO (Jay Ford) Back on top of the ground he found them a bit too sharp.

14th – POCKETING (Tyler Schiller) Raced way too keen and gave himself no chance to find the line.

15th – POWERS OF OPAL (Molly Bourke (a2)) She was disappointing. I thought she was entitled to finish off a bit better than she did.

16th – RUBY FLYER (Dylan Gibbons) He’s not the same horse on that firmer type of track.

17th – POLITICAL DEBATE (Chad Schofield) They went too fast for him.

18th – COSMIC VEGA (Ethan Brown) The barrier worked against us. Forget the run.

Race 6 – Group 1 Flight Stakes (1600m)

The end is nigh… for the rest of the field!

Apocalyptic sweeps past them in the G1 Flight Stakes to make it three from three this prep! 🤩@MFreedmanRacing@TommyBerry21@MyRacehorseAU@aus_turf_clubpic.twitter.com/dk6Nk71Wbc

— SKY Racing (@SkyRacingAU) October 4, 2025

1st – APOCALYPTIC (Tommy Berry) She’s stamped herself as the dominant filly and she’s up there with the better filles I’ve ridden. She was floating when she got to the front and if they did challenge, I’ve no doubt she had more than she was giving me. It’s a privilege to be legged aboard her.

2nd – WITHIN THE LAW (Jason Collett) Far better today. Was able to use the better barrier. Good to see her back on track.

3rd – KARINSKA (Zac Lloyd) She was fantastic. Acquitted herself very well. Will be an even better four-year-old. Probably needs to strengthen up a bit. Just out on her feet the last 50m.

4th – ENVIABLE (Kerrin McEvoy) That was a nice run by her. Had to go back from the gate. She was a nice filly hitting the line. Will be lovely in six months time. Whatever she is doing now is a bonus.

5th – REFLECT (Adam Hyeronimus) She is a nice filly. Maybe a softer track would help her. It will come in time for her.

6th – ARTISTIC VENTURE (Dylan Gibbons) Really good run. Just didn’t suit the sit and sprint shape of the race. Needs some room to build up.

7th – MAGENTA SKIES (Tim Clark) Obviously the tempo wasn’t strong and she probably didn’t quite adapt to that as well as some others. She still found the line OK. Will make a nice filly in time.

8th – QUEEN OF CLUBS (Nash Rawiller) She sucked back there at the start so she has given them a start. I don’t think she liked that ground at all. I felt like she jarred up quite badly. See how she pulls up.

9th – LIGHTHOUSE LASS (Reece Jones) Obviously a step up in grade for her. I thought she acquitted herself well. Just need to come back and learn to relax a little bit more.

10th – TUPAKARA (Ethan Brown) She just didn’t muster underneath me early. We were forced to go back. Race wasn’t run to suit. But I still would have liked to see her pick up a bit late.

Race 7 – Group 2 Premiere Stakes (1200m)

Briasa is simply brilliant in the G2 Premiere Stakes, as the TAB Everest beckons! 💫🏔️@G1TySchil@HawkesRacing@aus_turf_clubpic.twitter.com/CWUIVMvDbf

— SKY Racing (@SkyRacingAU) October 4, 2025

1st – BRIASA (Tyler Schiller) It all went to script for him, and he quickened up, didn’t he? He put them away very comfortably those first two today. I thought he ran really well first-up, just peaked on his run and today we saw him that little bit tighter and fitter, and he’s definitely on track. I think he just keeps learning that little bit more. He’s come back a lot more relaxed than last prep, and although he won his Group 1 last prep, he’s still got improvement. He’s still a big baby, the way he quickened up today, he got to the front, and I felt him just hesitate for a bit and then when I asked him that last bit to extend again, he’s put them away. But I still think there’s more improvement, which is scary. I think third up his, and even in the coming years he might just keep improving into his five and six-year-old season.

2nd – JIMMYSSTAR (Ethan Brown) Super run. He has taken on good improvement. I think he jumped on terms today which was good. He could have been a bit closer but there was no spot for him. Going forward, going to The Everest, if he draws well, he can certainly settle closer and that will aid to his chances.

3rd – MAZU (Jason Collett) He is going great isn’t he. Private Harry headed him and he’s come back and beaten him. Winner and second horse are very good.

4th – JEDIBEEL (Kerrin McEvoy) Improved run there today. The horses we were following got detached from the speed which didn’t help us as we straightened up. I like the way we finished well. He can be cherry ripe third up.

5th – PRIVATE HARRY (Tim Clark) I thought he executed pretty well today. Jumped a lot better. Once Mazu went on he relaxed beautifully behind him. Presented like he was going to fight the finish out. I thought late he wasn’t quite there for me.

6th – IOWNA MERC (Joshua Parr) I thought he performed really well. He gave a kick at the top of the hill. I thought he was going to give a bit of cheek. He’s in for a good preparation.

7th – TIGER SHARK (Nash Rawiller) Just might not have enjoyed the firm ground.

Race 8 – Group 1 Epsom Handicap (1600m)

What a mare! Autumn Glow shines the brightest in the G1 TAB Epsom and remains unbeaten to claim her Group 1! 🙌 ⭐️@KPMcEvoy@cwallerracing@ArrowfieldStud@aus_turf_club@tabcomaupic.twitter.com/VhBl3o28F1

— SKY Racing (@SkyRacingAU) October 4, 2025

1st – AUTUMN GLOW (Kerrin McEvoy) It was a good effort by her. She had to offset that gate and she was quickly out of the gates, and I thought, well, I’m going forward. I just had to work along the back to get across, and then she came back under me. I was pretty happy from the 1000m onwards. I must admit I was a little bit worried around the corner just at the 600m. Fully Lit strode off and she just sort of came off the bridle a little bit quicker than what I thought, but to her credit, she got on her fresh leg turning in and straightened up, and then was away.

2nd – FULLY LIT (Winona Costin) It was a fantastic run. He jumped nicely and was able to control the race. He gave a really good sight.

3rd – PERICLES (Joshua Parr) Terrific effort by him. Just stumbled as the gate opened. Just tried to anticipate the start too much. It allowed Autumn Glow and Pier to have the wood on us early. A very good effort.

4th – SWIFTFALCON (Alysha Collett) He did himself no favours when he dwelt at the start. He got a lovely track up underneath them and was strong to the line. A very good effort.

5th – PIER (Ethan Brown) I thought he was a little bit plain second up off the bridle. I expect him to improve off today’s run.

6th – CEOLWULF (Chad Schofield) We found a good spot on the back of Pericles. The pace did come out of the race mid-race. Got into the clear very nicely. Felt like he just wants a bit of give in the track. He was good though, he was genuine.

7th – LORD PENMAN (Zac Lloyd) He is a very nice horse. They will have a lot of fun with him. He was a bit gassy with some pressure outside of him which fired him up. I think if he draws well, he can flop on his neck. A nice horse for next prep.

8th – VERONA ROSE (Ben Thompson) She was great. A decent step up into an Epsom. Fourth up over a bit further and she will be ready to go.

9th – ENCAP (Reece Jones) I was still happy with his effort. Had the race set up and tempo and position against him today. Just controlled it too well in front.

10th – YELLOW BRICK (Andrew Mallyon) He was fantastic. Just a victim of the slow speed again. He’s had that three times in a row. If he gets a genuinely run race, he goes very close.

11th – EL CASTELLO (Andrew Adkins) A little bit disappointing on face value. We had the right run. If anything he might have travelled a little keen in the middle stages.

12th – DEPTH OF CHARACTER (Rachel King) He has run OK. Didn’t have a lot of luck early. I thought he finished off OK.

N/A – WILLYDOIT (Tommy Berry) Late scratching.

Race 9 – Group 1 The Metropolitan (2400m)

👑 Royal Supremacy rules supreme in the G1 Metropolitan for @cmaherracing and @ZRKD! 🥳@aus_turf_club@Austbloodstockpic.twitter.com/t1cHJR5XJQ

— SKY Racing (@SkyRacingAU) October 4, 2025

1st – ROYAL SUPREMACY (Robbie Dolan) He is probably the strongest horse I’ve ever ridden, my god I was bolting at one stage, I’d say he’s a pretty talented horse because he over-raced pretty much most of the race and ran away from them. If he learns to relax, he’d be a serious weight-for-age horse.

2nd – SOUL OF SPAIN (Zac Lloyd) He ran a great race.

3rd – JUJA KIBO (Reece Jones) He was super. I thought he was going to get there and win. Credit to the winner, kept on toughing it out. Awesome effort.

4th – MORE FELONS (Tommy Berry) Terrific run from him. I rode him on Tuesday morning and thought he was one run away. He showed that today, he peaked at about the 100m. The St Leger for him in a few weeks time is a perfect race for him.

5th – VAUBAN (Tim Clark) I thought he ran really well today. Ridden a bit quieter and found the line much better

6th – TRAVOLTA (Ben Thompson) Great run in defeat. Afforded a lovely run from barrier one. It was against him at the business end. Needed the run to come sooner.

7th – BIRDMAN (Kerrin McEvoy) He ran well. Wasn’t beaten far. Had to go back from the gate. Levelled up and hit the line well. A better gate would have suited him.

8th – PIGGYBACK (Andrew Adkins) She was tough. Might have been a bit over the top today. Never wanted to relax. I thought she was gallant.

9th – WYCLIF (Louise Day) Huge run. Just the slow tempo so pulled a little bit. Didn’t get much clear running until very late when hit the line strongly.

10th – FLYING BANDIT (Brock Ryan) Not a bad run. Tempo was muddly from the middle stage and over-raced a bit.

11th – DON DIEGO DE VEGA (Alysha Collett) Brave run. He will benefit from that.

12th – ETNA ROSSO (Jay Ford) He ran well. He got shuffled back when the move came. Lost his momentum. Got going late.

13th – GLORY DAZE (Anna Roper (a)) He has gone really good. Race shape didn’t suit when they took the speed out. We popped around them and he was happy out in front. Needs a wet track.

14th – ATHABASCAN (Dylan Gibbons) Thought we had a great run. Just wanted to see a tad more from him late.

15th – ARAPAHO (Rachel King) A bit of a below par run for him. Not quite sure.

16th – SON OF SUN (Molly Bourke (a)) He didn’t have a very great run throughout the poor bugger. He is a tough horse and there are better races for him ahead. A torrid run today.

17th – SUN ‘N’ SAND (Winona Costin) Just had to do too much work from the wide barrier. Took a toll late.

18th – CHANGINGOFTHEGUARD (Ethan Brown) We got put out of play in the straight.

Race 10 – Benchmark 94 Handicap (1200m)

Disneck swamps them in the Brisbane Broncos Sprint as @nashhot and @BBakerRacing combine to win the last at Randwick! @aus_turf_clubpic.twitter.com/rIWIfEzO01

— SKY Racing (@SkyRacingAU) October 4, 2025

1st – DISNECK (Nash Rawiller) He was good. He got into a lovely rhythm and his turn of foot was quite amazing for that class of horse. There’s a good race in him somewhere.

2nd – BEAUTY CHARGE (Ashley Morgan) Really good run off a long break. A lack of match fitness cost him late but he’s in for a good campaign.

3rd – BOSTON ROCKS (Tommy Berry) Really nice lead-up run heading into The Kosciuszko.

4th – CLOUDLAND (Ethan Brown) Wide draw no favours. Story of my day.

5th – KERGUELEN (Adam Hyeronimus) Good solid run. I think he’d appreciate a race over a bit further where they go a bit slower.

6th – WORLD ALLIANCE (Zac Lloyd) Horse ran very well. A good barrier and a bit of luck, he’ll be hard to beat next time.

7th – SHANGRI LA SPRING (Tim Clark) Lovely return from him.

8th – COSMONOVA (Andrew Adkins) Going very well. Looking forward to her next run.

9th – RAIKKONEN (Chad Schofield) Ran well. The last 100m found him out being suck a big gross horse first-up. He’ll take plenty from that.

10th – WATEGOS (Rachel King) Good fresh run. He’ll improve with the run and up in trip next time.

11th – GREEN SHADOWS (Tyler Schiller) Great run. It was probably a bit short for him but up to 1400m next start will be perfect.

12th – FIRE STAR (Joshua Parr) Landed in front and was one paced from there.

13th – ZOUNA (Dylan Gibbons) Needed the run. Better for the effort.

14th – LES VAMPIRES (Anna Roper (a2)) They ran along too fast for him. Up in trip now.

15th – GETAFIX (Jason Collett) Disappointing.
