Katie Rourke won the women’s half marathon
More than 32,000 runners filled the streets of Glasgow for the AJ Bell Great Scottish Run.
Competitors took part in the half marathon and 10k races on Sunday, cheered on by thousands of supporters.
The course takes runners on a scenic tour of the city across the River Clyde over the Kingston Bridge, before finishing at Glasgow Green.
Jamie Burns of Shettleston Harriers won the men’s half marathon and Katie Rourke of Gala Harriers took the women’s gold.
Among the runners crossing the finish line were former Olympic swimming champion Ross Murdoch.
Despite Saturday’s junior and mini events being cancelled due to Storm Amy, the sun made an appearance on Sunday.
Paul Foster, Chief Executive of the Great Run Company, said: “Glasgow once again turned out in force to deliver an incredible party atmosphere.
“The sun was shining, the crowds cheered and we got to witness some exceptional performances from our club athletes, fun runners and fundraisers, who make this event what it is.”
