Geelong’s team is in for Saturday night’s clash with North Melbourne at Marvel Stadium
Geelong has confirmed their team for Saturday night’s clash with North Melbourne at Marvel Stadium, as they look to solidify their spot in the top four heading into the final month of the home and away season.Â
The Cats will remain unchanged in Round 20, opting to take in the same team that defeated St Kilda by 31 points last Sunday.Â
It will be a chance for Geelong to extend their strong recent history against North Melbourne, currently holding a 13 game winning streak over the Kangaroos dating back to 2016.Â
The match also looms as another important one for the Cats as September draws closer, with fourth down to seventh on the ladder all equal on 48 points heading into Round 20.Â
With five matches remaining in the home and away season, Geelong will be looking to build momentum against North Melbourne before they return home for a two game home stand at GMHBA Stadium in Rounds 21 and 22.Â
The match will be broadcast on Fox Footy and streamed through Kayo from 7.30pm ahead of the opening bounce at 7.35pm AEST on Saturday night, or tune into K rock Football to listen to all the pre-game build up and match coverage.Â
You can also follow along with the Geelong Cats live blog which will be covering all the action from the AFLW Cats’ match simulation at 1.00pm on Saturday, before providing live updates from Marvel Stadium as the Cats take on the Kangaroos.Â
