3 dead in Maple Ridge after incidents at a home: IIO

Three people are dead after a series of incidents at a home in Maple Ridge Wednesday night.

The Independent Investigations Office of BC (IIO) says it received reports that two people were dead by the time RCMP officers arrived on scene.

A third person died of what the IIO says appears to be a self-inflicted wound.

Pictures posted to social media show a massive police presence along 238 Street at 119B Avenue.
