BOLO program director Maxime Langois says other charges to land suspects on the list include human trafficking, aggravated assault, and other ‘major crimes.’

A Toronto man wanted for the murder of a 28-year-old man outside Yorkdale Mall last summer has been named Canada’s most wanted fugitive.

Today, representatives from several police forces gathered in Vancouver to unveil the Bolo (Be on the lookout) Program’s updated Top 25 list of Canada’s most sought-after suspects.

There, officials announced a reward of up to $100,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of 23-year-old Bryan Fuentes Gramajo, who is wanted in connection with the murder of Kashif Jamal Bentley-Jean on July 17, 2025.

Toronto police allege Fuentes Gramajo is a member of Montreal’s Zone 43 street gang. They say he also has ”strong connections” to Ontario and British Colombia.

“You don’t make it to the top of this list by stealing a car,” Chief Supt. Joe Matthews, of Toronto Police Service, said during the news conference.

“If you’re at the top of this list, we believe you pose a serious threat to any person, in any place you may be. Bryan Fuentes Gramajo fits that bill.”

More details to come. This is a developing story.
