Gardai deploy stinger after incident at Inishowen checkpoint

Donegal Gardai have seized a car after an incident at a checkpoint.

Officers from Buncrana were operating a checkpoint in the early hours of Tuesday morning when a car failed to stop for them.

A stinger device was successfully deployed and the car was stopped and seized.

Investigations are ongoing, say Gardai.
