Drumkeen lad Sean Patton is off the mark for Reading.

The former Finn Harps and Derry City striker netted the winner for Reading with a close-range header from a set-piece against MK Dons.

Patton scored the only goal of the game.

The 19-year-old only made his debut for the League One club last week.
