Ontario Provincial Police are concerned there may be another victim after finding an elderly woman dead in her Simcoe home last weekend.
Norfolk County OPP responded on Sunday to a home on Head Street South, where they found the body of 71-year-old Barbara Morgan of Simcoe.
On Wednesday, officers searched a home on Stanley Street in Simcoe.
Detectives are now concerned for the well-being of 49-year-old Robert Sykes of Simcoe, who is currently unaccounted for.

He is described as a white man, about five-foot-10 tall and 120 pounds, with long, dirty-blonde hair that is typically worn in a ponytail and a long beard. He also may be wearing glasses.
He was last seen on Head Street South on Saturday.
Residents in the area can expect to see a continued police presence as officers canvass homes on the Head Street South and Stanley Street areas to speak with residents.
Police believe this is an isolated incident and that there is no ongoing threat to public safety.
Investigators have not yet said whether they have identified any suspects.
