A well known New Zealander is set to appear in court this week charged with indecent assault.
The person, who can not be named, was due to appear in the North Shore District Court today but his hearing was moved to Thursday.
The man is alleged to have carried out the offending, involving one incident with one victim, in Auckland in 1995.
