Sydney has tabled an offer to Carlton in a bid to lure Charlie Curnow to the club.

The Swans offer, which was proposed just moments ago, is Pick 11 in this year’s Draft, their 2026 first round selection, plus Will Hayward and Ollie Florent. Sydney would like pick 22 back in the trade.

It’s understood both Swans players have agreed to explore a move after conversations with Sydney across the weekend.

Florent, Hayward and Curnow are all managed by the same agency, Connors Sports Management.

Curnow was in Sydney on Monday for a meeting with key club officials, following what now appears to be a failed effort to get to Geelong last week.

The Cats offered each of their first round picks across 2025, 2026 and 2027. It was swiftly rebuked by Carlton.

Sydney’s offer trumps Geelong’s, but it remains to be seen whether it will be enough to convince the Blues to let their two-time Coleman Medallist move north.
