Gardaí are appealing for witnesses in connection with an alleged assault that occurred at Lower Main Street in Letterkenny in the early hours of Saturday morning last, October 11th.
A male in his late teens is believed to have been assaulted by another male at approximately 3.07am.
The injured man attended Letterkenny University Hospital to receive medical treatment as he had sustained injuries.
Gardai say none of the injuries were life threatening in nature.
A spoeksperson said “We appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to get in touch with us. If anyone travelled at Lower Main Street with a dash-cam around that time, we ask them to make the footage available to us. Any relevant information should be passed on to Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074-9167100.”
