Two men and two women, all aged in their 30s, have been arrested following a search operation by gardaí.
Garda personnel first intercepted two vehicles shortly before 8pm in north Dublin on Tuesday evening.
The officers then conducted searches of four residential premises in north Dublin as well as in Co Leitrim.
During the course of the searches, a total of €383,000 in cash was recovered along with a money counter and an unspecified number of mobile phones.
In a statement, gardaí said: “Two men and two women, all aged in their 30s, were arrested under Section 72 of the Criminal Justice Act 2006 and are currently detained, under Section 50 of Criminal Justice Act 2007, at Garda Stations in Dublin.
“Investigations are ongoing.”
