Man charged with murder after 49-year-old killed in Perth

A 35-year-old man has been charged with murder after the death of a 49-year-old man in Perth.

Police will allege in court an altercation occurred between the men in a driveway on Fifth Road in Armadale at 2.15pm yesterday.

Emergency services were called to the scene and found the 49-year-old with life-threatening injuries.

He was declared dead at the scene.

The 35-year-old man from Wandering is due to appear in Armadale Magistrates Court today.
