People Before Profit TD Paul Murphy has initiated defamation proceedings against presidential election candidate Heather Humphreys.
The case relates to comments made by the former Fine Gael TD and minister during a presidential debate about Mr Murphy’s role in an anti-water charges protest eleven years ago.
