Metro police ended up getting a good workout trying to catch up with a man on their wanted list.
Officers on patrol in the downtown area spotted the wanted man out for a stroll around 3:45 this morning.
The man took off on foot, with officers chasing behind down several streets.
Eventually, the man got a bit winded and stopped to catch his breath in what turned out to be the parking lot at RNC Headquarters where police were there waiting for him.
The 19-year-old was arrested and held for court.
