Ella Haimi, the widow of Tal who was murdered and kidnapped on October 7 and returned for burial in Israel, told the ynet studio about her feelings during the past few days. “The last days were very difficult. The relief is enormous first of all because Tal has returned, but because the last days were so tense for me and the children and we couldn’t bear it,” she shared. According to her, when she discovered Tal was no longer alive, she went into “a big shock,” and then “the realizations sink in and we understand that our story is not over.”
