When police arrived, they found other people who claimed their cars and storage cages had also been broken into.

Detectives were able to track the first man’s phone to an apartment building on Elizabeth Street, Richmond.

There, police arrested two men and allegedly found two stolen vehicles, various power tools, and about $5000 worth of Driza-Bone jackets.

Two Richmond men, aged 25 and 26, have been charged with multiple offences.

The 26-year-old was held in custody to appear in court today, while the 25-year-old was bailed to attend court on December 3.
